We used PQ systems on the production floor for in-process SPC. With SPC enabled gages, the operators input data directly into the system. Using the web based feature, I can log into the software from anywhere and always see how the process is doing. I have also set up stations in receiving inspection to conduct supplier capability studies.

Strengths: Productivity Quality Systems makes very powerful and easy to use SPC software that can be implemented on the production floor in-process SPC. The software can be set up for both all variables type SPC as wells as attributes. The software will also produce very useful reports and charts as well as capability studies.
