Q-PLUS is one of the most well equipped and capable independent precision dimensional measurement laboratories I have ever used. They utilize a wide array of precision measurement and inspection equipment with automated capabilities. If you can afford it they also provide portable, on-site measurement solutions.
Strengths: We used Q-PLUS for some validation on our tooling. We sent them samples to get Precision Dimensional Measurement and was impressed with how precise they were.
Needs to improve: They are very expensive. If they can cut the cost down by even 1/4 we would be able to use them more often.

Strengths: I have used Q-Plus for their Dimensional Inspections for some our fixtures in the past when our own CMM went down. We explained our situation to them and they were able to to quickly process our fixtures. Their response was excellent and the quality meets our expectations. The data and certificates were complete and easy to interpret. We were very pleased with the project. Quotes were accurate and price is competitive.

We contracted Q-Plus to perform some dimensional measurement analysis on some of our components and were pleased with the results. Customer service was great and kept us updated throughout. Their service yielded accurate and reliable data which was all that we were looking for. Accurate quotes, quick turnaround and an experience staff keep them in our radar.

we contract Q-plus for our calibration services. they calibrate our check fixtures and meet our stringent requirements. their calibrations have been accurate and done properly. they have even been able to calibrate some of our very unusual purpose specific gaging devices such as articulating arms, optical comparators, CMMs, surface plates and spline gages

I have used them several times. Great in finding out how to measure certain difficult features of the parts.
Strengths: In-house experts that know how to measure a part accurately. They explain how they measured that part as well.
Needs to improve: They are expensive and they have a long lead time.
We consulted with Q-Plus to perform measurement analysis on some of our products. We were satisfied with the result and their customer service staffs were so helpful throughout the process. Their service resulted into an accurate and reliable results.
