Qualaroo's automatic survey language translation feature is the one that caught my attention. We cater to a global audience, so automated multilingual surveys helped gather feedback in multiple languages without creating individual surveys for each region. It's enabled us to get the consensus of diverse customers and understand their unique perspectives.

I also love the advanced targeting options that let you target niche user actions, behavior, demographics, and other traits for collecting in-context feedback. And their AI sentiment analysis engine completes the circle by categorizing the feedback data and highlighting key themes in the responses. It saves us a ton of time and effort.There are a few things that can be worked on.

For example, we could use more integration options to set automatic workflows across our workspace apps. Additionally, a bulk survey management option would be fantastic. Handling multiple surveys individually can be time-consuming, and a bulk management feature would be a big time-saver.

I've been using Qualaroo for my app for over a year, and it has proven valuable in developing and optimizing my app! Its multi-channel feature is simply fantastic. I can collect feedback from in-app users and those who are away using email surveys. We can combine the reports for both channels using the same tool without needing a separate tool. It helps to spot customer trends and behavior patterns to optimize the app. Also, the AI sentiment engine saves us valuable time and effort by categorizing the feedback data in real time.

The only downside is the need for more customer filters and sorting options to slice the data more accurately. Overall, Qualaroo has been an invaluable tool for collecting feedback and gaining insights about my app. I would recommend the tool to anyone trying to build a customer feedback loop.
