our firm reached out to QSE for their supplier auditing services. their consulting services helped use to identify non-comformances in our manufacturing, invoicing, and quality processes all within one consulting firm. we needed to improve our ROA and using QSE has made a difference in that. although the change in ROA has not been dramatic and is still not at the level we would like, we did see a significant improvement. they do lack a bit on turnaround time and timeliness but other than that, they are a good consulting firm to work with
