Rent Today

We needed to coordinate housing solutions for a new senior level manager in our firm. We used Rent today to look for solutions and while it was convenient to access, we ultimately were unable to find a good match. Customer service and reps were helpful but unfortunately a home we wanted was snatched up before we could reach out. A very time saving service however.

Needs to improve: reliability

Not fond of my experience with them. Follow-up to questions or requests was non-existent.

Strengths: Cost, geographical coverage of areas it can manage, accessible customer service

Needs to improve: Communicating with tenants and fielding neighbor complaints
