Sandoz Pharmaceuticals

my company does not work directly with Sandoz bc we have a vendor that we order our supplies from but there have been a few times we have worked with Sandoz directly when we have had issues with a particular product. When we dispense drugs and there is a mfg problem such as device is not working properly, we usually contact the mfg directly to get a reimbursement for the pt rather than doing it via the pharmacy. the few times ive worked with sandoz on these problems. they gave us many options to reimburse our pt and their customer service was great and prompt in getting back to us.

sandoz is one of the leading manufacturers for generic pharmaceuticals and we work commonly with them for orders, product replacements and our staff also plays the middle man between our patients and their company. we have worked a few time with their client representatives when we have had product malfunctions and their customer service team have been extremely receptive and responsive to our concerns and helped to resolve our issues in a very timely manner.

This company provides us medical device when we need it for urgent matter. They have quality product that meet our specs and quality standards

We contracted Sandoz as a leading manufacturer of generics for procurement of product replacements. Their customer service is helpful and easy to reach. Their client sales channel reps are experienced and offer insight whenever they can. Overall experience has been great as they've been a reliable source over the years.

The technicians enjoyed dealing with Sandoz more than our current one. It has been a hassle changing. Sandoz was reliable and easy to use.

Strengths: We recently switched from Sandoz to a different vendor but was happy with Sandoz. Good pricing, customer service was great, easy to do returns, and generally no fuss.
