Purchased Craftsman tools and was pleasantly surprised by the wide array of tool availability. Customer service was great as all my inquiries about the product was answered. I would definitely go back again.

Strengths: Sears provides a large selection of Craftsman tools which is great so you don't need to waste your time going to other stores for different kinds of tools. Price is affordable. Customer service is excellent and very helpful.
