Strengths: They generally have competitive pricing for custom corrugated projects when you are dealing with volumes from 500-2000. anything lower in terms of volume and anything higher than 2000, they can be pricey.

Needs to improve: they tend to have longer lead times than other custom boxmakers. They can take from 5-8 working days. They also don't have much room to expedite services. Only 1 sales rep make it hard to get a quote kicked back in the same day. Might take about 2-3 days for a quote.
