overall we had a great experience with small parts because they always have what we need ,we needed coils and circuit fuses to do our job and we got them here with no problems at all we are pleased with our order and we will continue to order in the future . the fuses are long lasting and work great for us .And the coils work great as well we use these coils in our devices on regular basis.we have no problem recommending them.

My company purchases many small parts from Small Parts inc. Including cables and belts and even telescoping tubing, all of which have been great quality and very reliable. However a lot of times there are only small quantities in stock of the small parts. Turnaround time is fast, and customer service is helpful.

Needs to improve: They have only a small volume of small parts sometimes and that can be frustrating when large quantities are needed.

My firm utilizes Small parts to do quality metal stamping work on our medical devices. They generally have a fast turnaround and a very responsive customer service team. Their work product is consistent and reliable. The only thing they need to improve their pricing and increase the level of their customization. Overall we were decently satisfied and will continue to work with.

All of our metal stamping in contracted through Small Parts. I am impressed with the quality of their work and their continued dedication over the years to customer service. In several instances there were questions that they had with the drawings and specifications. They did not hesitate to contact me to make sure the work was performed as requested. This is a very valuable part for a Stamping vendor. A+!

We order bearings, raw materials, and cable from Small Parts, the construction of there product is very durable. We use these components at my work and it's easy and convenient to use. They're always reliable as far as quality wise. Customer service has also been helpful in placing orders online. From time of order to actual delivery is fairly quick.

They offer a wide variety of products and services and have always been reliable. They make it easy to place orders. The only thing they need to improve on is their pricing structure

Strengths: I use Small Parts Inc to purchase telescoping tubing and bearings. The quality is always consistent, I was buying bearings from a different supplier and they were never consistent.

They had some very unique stamped parts in stock that helped not only project timeline but saved me the cost of having to get custom parts made. They also serve a lot of industries which may be helpful in the future.

They are suppliers for two specific metal stamped parts of our detach box for our coil delivery system for Neurology.The quality is high and rarely a "NC" that would hold up mfg and cause an emergency purchase from another supplier.
