Our company had some product designs that required tactile metal domes and we decided to go with Snaptron. These products were fantastic. The customer service group was able to guide us to the exact product that would match our needs and the ordering was simple and hassle free. Additionally, their components can come packaged in a variety of ways making it easy for us to unpack and install as quickly as possible. One of our favorite is the cartridges so that the placement is more automated. Snaptron is a great, helpful vendor and we definitely recommend them!

We are very happy that we were introduced to Snaptron. Previously, we had to contract out with an international manufacturer and supplier of tactile domes and buttons for a few of our electric products. The quality of the international supplier was very inconsistent and glad we switched to Snaptron. Most importantly, we have been very happy with the consistently high quality tactile domes and buttons for our electric products. The last thing any manufacturer is to roll off a faulty equipment due to a component that was outsourced.

We were in need of customer electronic components for one of our product lines and we turned to Snaptron as we had heard some good things about them. Their components have been of very good quality as we have not had any issues with them. Their delivery times are in line with other competitor as well as their prices. Their customer service department is always willing to help answer questions and relay information to engineers when we need modifications to the product. Overall good experience with Snaptron.

The equipment snaptron uses is amazing. They truly have beautiful designs with durable products. We have been using them for our vendors and we have never had any major problems that slowed us down in production. We have input many custom orders and never had any issues with us! love their ethics of business.

We order switches from snaptron. We believe all of our products have to feel good as well as look good. Snaptron's switches provide our products with the tactile feel. The pressure and feedback from a button that makes it feel right. We get that from snaptron for our products and we love it, our customers love it too. Awesome product.

My business has been ordering test equipment through Snaptron for a while now. There products are made very well. They offer only the best qualities. They are a customer first type of company. There customer service is very helpful especially when ordering in bulk.
