I have ordered a number of extrusion profiles from Specialized. I haven't given them anything super challenging, and the parts they delivered have met the specifications. I will say, that while the parts were within the tolerance range, the dimensions were not as consistent of some other extrusion houses. A key strength is Specialized's pricing and timing of runs for prototype product, and this is my main use for this vendor.
Strengths: Quick turn plastic extrusion
Needs to improve: none
Fast turn. Most polymers. Great expertise in materials (owner is a polymer engineer).
Strengths: Specialized was started by a former ACS extrusion guru. They are fully certified, and are very very fast turn, for both large and small orders. Have worked with them at over 12 companies now.
Needs to improve: None.
Good back-up supplier for small extrusion runs or when trying something new for prototyping purposes. Very responsive to inquiries
Strengths: multi-lumen extrusions, bump tubing and co-extrusions are pretty dependable
Needs to improve: Lead times may not be the best but this is negotiable
Looked into them as a possible vendor for multi-lumen tubing since they were our existing bump tubing supplier. Good place for ordering prototype components since they do small runs.
Strengths: Coextrusion, Bump Tubing, Multi-lumen Extrusion
Needs to improve: None so far

I have ordered extrusion from Specialized a couple times. Their set-up fees are pretty minimal and they offer expedited service so you can have parts in a week. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied.
Strengths: Extrusion
