otherwise an exceptional way of saving time to run to desk phones. it would be helpful if they didn't break so easily especially the battery compartment and battery clips themselves.
Strengths: we use spectralink to communicate with each other, receive calls from co-workers and from patients and families without running to the desk phones. great way to save time and enhance patient and family satisfaction
Needs to improve: phones tend to charge a little slow and easily broken with the batteries having to be taped in place.
