Sprint

Horrible experience will not be getting any of my business ever again.

Strengths: Unlimited data was the only upside to having sprint. Now that that is gone.......

Needs to improve: Too many to point out individual instances so i will make a list Non existent customer service. Horrible coverage Longest wait time for anything you needed rudest staff i have ever come across Dirty facility Employees looked like they just rolled out of bed. "and hated there jobs"

I like that cell phone bills are kept low and that they have totally unlimited plans (unlimited talk, text, and web). However, the internet reception sucks because Sprint is the new Nextel and they are in the process of ripping down all the old towers in order to put up new ones that will provide 4G LTE. Also, whenever you are on a roaming service, you no longer go through Sprint because they roam on Verizon's network.

Strengths: Sprint has great prices for their totally unlimited plans.

Needs to improve: Horrible service. Hardly ever get good internet reception. Mediocre customer service skills.

my expirience with sprint is that the coustomer service is very good if u have a problem they get it fixed that day or as soon as they can

Strengths: sprint is nice becuas they offer affordable plans that are also unlimited.unlimited talk,text,and web which is nice when u have multiple poeple on your plan

Needs to improve: some things i didnt like about sprint is they dont have the best reception is some areas but thats due to them still using out dated towers from their nextel days they are in the process of putting new sprint spark towers which are capable of 4g lte

Haven't had good experience using Sprint.

Strengths: I have not had good experience with Sprint, so cannot say anything positive.

Needs to improve: Doesn't have presence at other guys, poor customer service
