Strengths: Our company mainly uses Staco Energy Products for for their Variable Auto Transformers. These Variable Auto Transformers is being use for our fixtures testing varies devices in our manufacturig line. These Variable Auto Transformers are high quality, dependable, durable products. We have Variable Auto Transformers that we purchased 5 years ago and still being use everyday on both of our production shifts. They have wide a selection of industrial power supplies. Their customer service is very knowledgeable and helpful but very hard to get a hold of. Quotes are accurate and delivery is on time.
Needs to improve: Very hard to be in contact with calling them. Usually I have to leave a message for a call back and there were times I would just call them again.
