we have a very small manufacturing department and we use steven eng. as our vendor for automation components and electric parts. they have a huge selection of products from predominant manufacturers. unlike some other vendors we have worked with in the past, Steven eng. does not only offer products but they also offer added services, technical support, inventory and contract manufacturing. although we mainly use them for the inventory and technical support, other companies may find the other services they offer to be very convenient and helpful. Because they have so much inventory and a lot of predominant brands, they are able to offer very good pricing for their products and services. you can order from them via phone, online account or even by fax. they make it very convenient and easy to work with them and products have always arrived on time for us. their terms are net 30 days. I highly recommend if your company decides to work with them, become a registered client because they do offer discounts for those clients

Our company has been working with Steven Engineering for over 5 years and we like the customize of the automation components and the reasonable prices.

Needs to improve: The sales department of Steven Engineering is not as responsive as our company would like. However, the service was great after the connections are made.

Overall we have had an excellent experience ,we purchased panel meters to use in our facility and we were very pleased when we got to receive them and use them .they were accurate and really worked well for us .it was not hard at all .if we need more in the future this is where we ill come most definitely .
