Other than my first phone call everyone there is so helpful and make you feel appreciated as a customer.

Needs to improve: The first time I had called Sugatsune the person who answered the phone was very rude. After a few weeks I decided to try and call again and could not be happier

We used their hooks and latches for our device. They are great quality and are really good if you need it for a product that will be commercial.

We only purchase lock screws for our electrical medical device box closed permanently after manufacturing process. So, secure lock screws are reliable and good quality for our needs.
