Their R&D investments shines through with the products they release. They also impress me with the breadth of product lines.

Strengths: We use this vendor for our security and storage backup needs. Symantec's presales support is excellent in connecting you with the right presales engineer. They are very knowledgable and easy to work with in terms of determining what you really need.

Needs to improve: None. We are very please with the vendor reps that we have worked with, from presales, to engineer, to product manager.
