Awful...we've been trying to get them to mold parts for us for the past 2-3 months. They have molded this part for us, for the past several years. Most of the time, though slow, they've come through for us. The molded part quality is pretty good.

But, this latest run, we simply cannot get them to mold the parts. We've provided the material. Often, you can send them 2-3 emails to no reply. So, we basically gave up. I told them that we'd be stopping by to pick up the mold. They finally responded, saying they are not "entertaining guests." So, we asked them to prepare the mold for a delivery truck to pick it up. Nothing. Still trying to get our mold out of there.

I used them because they were local but had a lot of issues with the initial runs that looked like they were made by beginners. They worked hard to get the parts right and finally did but it wasn't with out a fair amount of stress.

Strengths: Willingness to work hard to get it right

Needs to improve: Not great expertise

We worked with Syntech and were okay with the services that they provided. They do good work but do drop the ball on rare occasions. All in all a good experience. They do have great customer service

Strengths: injection molding, collaborative, customer service

Needs to improve: lot to lot variation, pricing
