Techni-Tool Inc

Techni-Tool provides many tools ranging from cleaning wipes to hand tools, power tools, and even surgical equipment. Their wide selection of tools and products makes it an attractive option to do your one-stop-shop-all needs. We have worked with them a couple times and have had issues with defective products that have arrived. Not their fault by any means but when returning the products for refund or exchange we found it to be a somewhat tedious and cumbersome process to get our replacement parts and/or refund in a timely manner. Not a huge deal normally but if you're in a bind and need the tools immediately I'm not quite sure if I would trust using them again in the future. Prices are fairly good but customer service is on the slower side.

We use Techni-Tool to source & accuire our equipment for our internal labs in our facility. The equipment we purchase is use in our R&D Engineering, Calibration, service and on our assembly line in manufacturing of our medical equipment. They offer a wide range of products: hand tools, labels, material handling, chemical, soldering, etc... Techni-Tools webside always has some current specials. Speaking with their customer service representatives they are very helpful and knowledgeable of their products they are selling. Quotes are accurate and price is competitve.

Our company orders large amounts of hand tools from Techni-Tool Inc on a regular basis for the production assembly line. They have a wide range of hand tools that we use like crimpers, wire cutters and extractors for our dialysis machines. Top of the line quality. Very reliable and easy to use. Never had any major issues with the dynamics of the tools. Excellent customer service staffs to help you with all your shipping and ordering needs. Meets and exceeds expectations. I’ve purchased a variety of tools from Techni-Tool. They have a huge variety of tools to choose from soldering guns to tweezers to torque wrenches. Shipping is quick and the pricing is fair. Returns are easy to deal with as well and if you ever have an issue with their equipment that requires a return. Their customer service is standard run of the mill customer service and they get the job done.

We order soldering tips and some hand tools. The quality is needless to say, good. First time order came on time and the price is competitive. We placed a big order second time and the lead time was twice as long as the first time, so assuming they don't stock up that much on shelf. Over all it is a good company in general.

We get a lot of lab equipment and low end, every day use hand tools from Techni-Tool Inc. They are a volume vendor and always have what you need in stock. Quality may be lacking, but we do not use their tools for heavy duty or intricate needs. Rather, these tools are perfect for every day tasks in our warehouse. Very pleased.

I’ve purchased a variety of tools from Techni-Tool, such as Kim Wipes to Excelta tweezers. Most notably, I’ve purchased several Weller solder stations from them. One out of the three that arrived was defective (turned on, but never got hot). They were quick to replace it and didn’t charge shipping.

Techni-tool provides us with replacement Weller soldering tips and accessories, especially one hard to find tip thermocouple. They are also a wide variety of brands for tweezers, so all hand tools come from Techno-tool. I can always rely on Techni-tool to supply our production floor. They are competitively priced,but average leadtimes. Highly recommended supplier for manufacturing needs.

Our lab has ordered a wide range of equipment from Techni-Tool Inc. We have been doing business with these guys for years. We have never had any problem ordering in bulk. We have primarily ordered hand tools, tweezers, and gloves in bulk. The customer service has always been very helpful to us! They offer amazing quality products.

Techni-tool is one of our top vendors for hand tools that we us on our assembly line and in other departments. They also have chemicals, cleaners, and wipes that we order from them as well. They have descent pricing and ok service.

We purchase several WXD soldering control units for our workstations in the mfg clean room. The soldering equipment is key to coil connect to delivery guidewires. high quality systems. We also purchase the hand tools wire cutters, etc.. for our labs in R&D and MFG eng.

Techni tool provides us with hot boxes used in our clean rooms. They met me personally to make sure our units were working correctly and even helped with the setup. Replaced one unit with a loaner while a new one shipped. Will be doing business with them in the near future.

Reliable vendor for very good quality tweezers. We use these in manufacturing, engineering, lags, just about everywhere. They are very durable steel tweezers that have precise handling we need with micro medical devices. We like this supplier's customer service and use them frequently.
