We have been using Tegra medical for PTFE coated mandrels to help us with our process development. They have a wide selection of standard sizes to select from as well as offering custom sizes. Incorporating their products into our assembly line has increased our efficiency drastically and we have not had any issues with their products. Their customer staff is easy to get a hold of and get work very quickly and get the job done in a timely manner. Their customer staff is very knowledgaeable, friendly, and easy to get to work with. I have no issues recommending them for others to use. They are great to work with and we will continue to use them as a vend

I had ordered for parylene coated mandrel from Tegra and lead time is long. The product shipped within the lead time frame. They shipped extra and got an email to revise the invoice. The customer service I talked/communicate to is not that nice. She was un patient. The pricing is OK similar to other companies

My start up uses Tegra Medical for their wide selection of services for medical device assembly and manufacturing. We have contacted Tegra on multiple occasions for specific projects on our prototype. Tegra was great in terms of customization of our unique specs. Customer service was top notch and communicative throughout so there were few assembly issues. Accurate quotes, timelines and realistic turnaround estimates were consistently given. Delivered a quality prototype, however you do need to pay up for this level of customization and quality. Overall good vendor but definitely not cheap.

Our mutual client was putting together schematics for a prototype and needed to assess the feasibility. Tegra was extremely responsive and direct. We have purchased precision ground mandrels from them that were PTFE coated for manufacturing production use. They were able to hold our tight tolerances that others couldn’t consistently, and were very pleased with their products. We first used New England Precision Grinding and was concerned Tegra’s acquisition would disrupt their quality, but to our relief, provided the same quality service as before. Prices could be high, but quality was definitely worth the consistent products we were able to manufacture using their mandrels.

We ordered parylene coated mandrel from Tegra and they have a good quality. The only minor issue is they didn't inform us that the shipment quantity has changed until after they sent the invoice that occurs miss/match in the system.

Formerly known as New England Precision Grinding, Tegra is a supplier of high quality centerless grinding. They can grind wire and tube and have produced excellent parts for me. In a pinch, they may also be able to supply you with tubing (although they would rather grind it to your specific profile).

Tegra Medical offer high quality medical components. They also have great shipping rates. Helps you decide what you need before ordering a large quantity. So far we haven't had any issues, but if we did, I'm confident their customer support would be responsive. The customer service has been incredible.

Supplier of micro diameter wires and tubing for our manufacturing process and design processes. These are very good quality materials we feel very confident in using for manufacturing of medical devices for non invasive use.

We use Tegra Medical for their nitinol mandrels that we use for welding. They work well, but you can get the material anywhere. A good source to look into though, as they have good customer service and can turn parts around quickly.
