They came out and performed a preventive maintenance service on our 3-d printer. They even gave a quick tutorial on how to perform minor PM on the printer and taught us how to get the best results.
Strengths: They have a really good in-house expertise and they provide on-site service.
The printers that they sell are well built.
High level of customer service.
Needs to improve: They should have more technicians.
