I had an awful experience when it cam time for me to order ,the person I spoke to was very rude and could not answer my questions because im assuming they did not understand their products so it is not a place I will be getting our tubing from .

Good Design Product - High Quality

Strengths: We had purchased catheter tubing from Teleflex Medical in the past for our R&D and Sustaining Department for their prototypes projects. Delivery was longer than expected. We were told delivery lead times would be dependent by the product you order. Certain products are built to order and therefore are subject to the availability of raw material on hand. Price is competitive. Orders were placed correctly and quotes were accurate.

Needs to improve: Certain products are built to order therefore it's really important to find out ahead of time if the product your about to order is in stock or built to order. If it's built to order, you should expect a long lead time.

I have designed a few catheters that required custom extruded tubing in different types of polymers. Teleflex has had every type of polymer I have requested, so in that regard they are valuable. Their tubing is high quality and robust. The custom applications run a little longer than other companies, but if its quality you want it is worth the wait and the slightly higher cost. They have great customer service so if you have a rush application, just let them know.

Teleflex provides are company with some of the great high quality supplies and components we need to make our devices work to its full potential. Great company to call on when in need of large volume of medical components. I must say excellent service when it comes to getting your parts on time.They offer fair prices on high volume orders. I haven't have any problems with them. Good service and good communication.

We sourced thin walled (.005" nom. wall) braided shaft at Teleflex. Price and delivery were reasonable compared to other quotes and they delivered beautiful shaft on time with each order. While they may not always be able to react as quickly as the small shops, their ability to quickly scale up manufacturing can be a huge offsetting advantage - especially if your specs are within the normal range.

When first reaching out to Teleflex, we were immediately impressed by their level of professionalism and industry knowledge. Their staff is extremely versed and always available to address any of our concerns. They deliver a quality products, offer great customer service and turnaround time. Will continue to order from.

Needs to improve: pricing could be better

They currently supply us with our finger BPM's that we use in our clinics. They are of the highest quality as they should be considering its purpose. They do tend to wear our after awhile so we like to replace ours out every 6 months. Good products all around never any real issues.

I used to use Teleflex at previous company for diagnostic catheters and FEP and PTFE extrusions. They offer good product but the lead times make if very difficult to be a repeat customer. The quality of the extrusions were good and the staff is very attentive but again, the lead times are tough to handle

Our company orders medical components from Teleflex Medical. We use their products to test are dialysis machines. Their products work great and are easy to use. They have a large selection of medical supply. Their customer service is very knowledgeable and they have a very efficient shipping process with fast turnaround. Overall great vendor to work with.

I have ordered a couple lots of custom braied shaft from Teleflex. The product has been to print, and well documented. I did, however, feel that it took some time to get their attention since my order size and frequency was quite small.

Reliable supplier for plastic tubing for catheter manufacturing and other access devices we manufacture. The quality is very good and the reliability is excellent. The customer services department is very helpful and goes out of its way to assist you.

I used them many moons ago as the supplier for etched PTFE liner. I don't remember much about the quality, but I remember the lead times were extremely long and usually a week out from the promise date.

They have been consistent in their product quality. I have used them for catheter shafts, composite materials/builds. The quality has been very good & effective.

they have provided for me braided catheter shafts and the quality has been excellent. i have done some other prototype work with them and have had good experience. Large quantity order is cheaper than other same type of company.
