Teradata is our vendor for data warehousing. they have helped to unify our data, process it, and save us resources and in doing so we have been able to cut our budge by a noticeable amount. the technology they use is really innovative and works well with our intra and inter company system. they have remove engineers for assistance. they really focus on customer satisfaction and our team has really noticed that that is a priority for this company. we have not had any issues since using them as our warehousing vendor and advisor

Needs to improve: none

They are very accountable and very customer oriented. I've had great success tapping their team of engineers and picking their brains for answers to some pressing issues.

Strengths: Teradata is excellent at helping corporations unify their data assets and giving greater insights into the data stores they hold.

Needs to improve: Interface of some of their technologies seem a bit dated.

Teradata has exceed my and my company's expectations for the service that they proceed. Their platform is very useful and valuable and far exceeds what we could have done if we decided to do our work internally. Great company!
