There is not much to say about Terminix. They are a big corporation that is widely known. We've contracted with them ever since we opened our offices. In general, they have kept consistent schedules and been very professional when performing their services. We have never had any issues with pests so therefore I would say they are performing as promised. There have been a few situations where we have asked them to use different type of chemicals due to the type of environment they were going to work in and they have been great at accommodating us. Price is a bit higher than some of the smaller shops, but I believe this is one of those, get what you pay for situations. Overall top marks for Terminix.

When I worked as a small manager of a store, we twice had pest problems, both time Terminix came fast and did not take long at all to eliminate our pest problem. Both times they had excellent customer service as well as excellent prices and an expertise at removing pests like nothing I had seen before. The second time however the price was significantly higher, and went well over the initial estimate. Nonetheless, both times customer service and expertise were still top notch. I recommend Terminix as an excellent pest problem remover, but just beware of prices.

We worked with our landlord to get exterminators on site to handle pest problems, including roaches and ants. The people from terminix were helpful enough, however their quote system left something to be desired as it fluctuated based on the services and areas of the facility. Seemed like a trial and error approach where metes of the job aren't fully defined, allowing them to continue telling you there's a problem here or a problem there which needs more attention (money). Got the job done, so satisfied with the result.

It's a great company that gets the job done, their sprays and chemicals get the job done, and they don't smell! Great customer service, their response time is fast. They are expensive, but worth their price. Would do business with this company in the future if we should ever need to..

Strengths: We contract with this vendor for pest control, they are efficient, professional, and their chemicals don't stink! Although they are pricey, their services are well worth it! Their response time is quick.. I recommend this company if one doesn't mind paying high fees..

Needs to improve: They're expensive!

They came to our office one year to get rid of a rat. They don't like guaranteeing that they will get rid of the rodent. They simply say they will "try". They suggested first that we get the trees trimmed that come close to the roof. They have been good for getting rid of ants and beetles however, which I think they are better at than rodents.

Strengths: Name brand. Dependable entity.

Needs to improve: Maybe a little weak on the "take full responsibility" for the problem area

we have contracted with terminix international in the past and we have had a very pleasing experience so far and no distractions. We would recommend to any one in the business that is in the search for the market. They get rid of all the bugs in such a fast past with a great business ethic, like most places don't! wow so pleased with these company,

The gym I work at part time used terminix just recently for pest control. They're staff was very friendly and informational. Their call center is easy to get a hold of as well. They're work was very good although they took they're time with the job and was at our gym for a while the quality if they're work wad great.

Strengths: Great and efficient work. Friendly and infirmational staff on hand. Great customer service.

Needs to improve: They're crew was not on time when theycame to our business

We contract Terminix to rid our facilities of any critters that may tamper with our data integrity. No frills and gets the job done. Customer service is great although I'd be willing to deal with a the full spectrum of customer service quality so long as they killed all the bugs and rats as promised. Needless to say, they provided quality service at competitive rates. Will continue to use for our routine requests.

We had rodent issues in our warehouse and we call Terminix. They came out and assessed the problem within a couple days of our call. The serviceman was very cooperative and recommended which services would be required and laid out the pros and cons. We chose a package and we have not had any issues with rodent in the warehouse.

we have had the same field agent coming here for the last 15yrs. so he knows all the ins, outs, and crevices of this complex. hes very friendly and social yet keeps it professional.

Strengths: always here monthly never misses. have a fixed contract for monthly inspections. will do individual units when need be. willing to help solve issues with rodents. supply me with good equipment and bait. check all there station not cut corners.

Needs to improve: none that ive come across yet.

Our company had Terminix come out and spray around the warehouse. They were had professional appeal and were in and out, no messing around. From what I could notice it seemed to do the job of keeping the insects out for the most part.

I've used Terminix for both preventative and treatment needs for both my business and personal needs. I have found them to have exceptional customers service and be more than adequate in performing their services.

We hired Terminix to get rid of the rat problem in our warehouse. They got the job done quickly and I have yet to see a rat since then.

Terminix does a very good job when it comes to putting pests in their places. Every company I worked for had their services because they are the best.

Terminix has a few traps around the building where I work. They help get the disgusting pests and rodents removed.
