My start up gave TestoPac a chance and were impressed with the results. We normally use the industry leader, Westpak, however given continued hikes in their pricing we were logging for a new competitor to partner with. Same level of product quality and client care as some of their more experienced competition in the industry and most importantly at a very competitive pricing. Superb customer service team as they're always happy to address issues. Customizable options are also helpful. Will continue to work with them.

in an industry dominated by Westpak (we often use them), it's always great to see new faces as it means better pricing and hopefully service to the customers. We tried giving TestoPac a shot and couldn't be happier with the results. Same level of product quality and client care as some of their more experienced counterparts at competitive pricing. Great customer service as they're always happy to help. Customizable options are also helpful. Will continue to support when we can.

A relatively new vendor in this market, Test-O-Pac has won us over with their very competitive pricing, high quality testing services, and friendly service. They definitely go over the top and stress test packaging in every way imaginable. They are truly working hard to win our business and so far no complaints! We will use them as they continue to provide value for us.

Test-O-Pac requires marketing strategy to enter deep into the market.
Strengths: New entrant in the market. Of course the market is dominated by Westpak. Offers all the ASTM. I have gotten the quotation and have not had an opportunity to evaluate their services.
Needs to improve: Price quotation wasn't that competitive that would warrant a change.
Test-O-Pac is our preferred partner for packaging/product conditioning. The team is fantastic and always delivers top tier service and often goes above and beyond typical requests and expectations. They are fast, reliable, and always a pleasure to work with.
