Our factory needed to purchase new forklifts for our warehouse. A friend recommended The Raymond Corporation - so we decided to give them a call. Their customer service team was amazing. After giving the customer service representative an idea what our company does, they were able give us many different options. They made the process very simple and painless. Their website was easy to navigate and look at the type of services that they provide. We ended up purchasing a few 8410 pallet models for our warehouse. We've had it for a few months now and are impressed with the quality of the product. We will definitely come back when our heavy duty forklifts need replacement.

We have used The Raymond Corporation for their high quality forklifts. Their forklifts are used through out our warehouse and other various departments in our facilities. These forklifts are easy to operate and are highly reliable. If you do have questions or concerns their customer service team is very knowledgeable and helpful. Their quotes are accurate, and overall they offer a great deal for their product. Recommend their forklifts. Also they have them available for leasing as well.

We need several forklifts for our large warehouse and we leased them from Raymond Corp. The machines were modern and a good upgrade from our previous lifts. There were several good options to choose from and delivery of the machines were on time. We got trained and have not had any issues with the lifts so far. If you need to lease forklifts, look into Raymond Corp.

We have a Raymond forklift in our finished goods and receiving warehouses. The lifts are easy to operate, stable, reliable and very maneuverable. We also have several pallet trucks to move pallets around the facility. The forklifts are reliable and easy to maintain. We have never had any problems with Raymond equipment.
Strengths: Raymond makes fork lifts and pallet trucks. The products are reliable, easy to use and come in a variety of sizes to fit any size warehouse.

We ordered new forklifts for our warehouses, we made a good choice, they're good quality, durable, safe, and easy to drive and maneuver. We placed a big order, and we paid a great price, we were given accurate quotes with quick turnaround times. And delivery was on time. Great customer service! Will definitely recommend this vendor!

Our company uses Raymond Corporation forklifts in our shipping and receiving departments for heavy pallet shipments of our medical devices products and components. They are light weight and easy to learn how to maneuver. They help our shipping and receiving department run smoothly. Great company with a great reliable durable product.

We use their forklifts for our shipping and they are very reliable which makes our job so much easier.

we carry a couple of their forklifts in our warehouse to move wooden pallets, storage boxes, and large fixtures and they are very reliable and get the job done with ease. the forklifts are high in cost but worth the cost everyday.

After comparing 3 different forklift manufacturers, I purchased 2x used Raymond forklift for the warehouse and they worked great. They were user friendly with great turn radius.
Strengths: Good quality and selection of new and used Forklifts. Narrow frame with smaller turn radius that makes it ideal for smaller warehouses. Good customer service.

We have a forklift in our shipping and receiving for heavy pallet shipments of our medical device products and components. This is a light weight use and very durable! It makes work so much easier for the employees in shipping and receiving!
