The first thing that I have noticed upon joining an IT company is that the major equipment and machines in the company is made by Toshiba. After so many years of working in our company, very minimal problems occurs with the Toshiba products. In case a slight problem we encountered about their products, we immediately contacted their customer service and in fairness to them, they answer all of our queries even a very small details of it.

Strengths: The leading innovative brand of notebooks, notebook computer, tablet and accessories, they offers one of the industry's broadest IC and discrete product lines including high-end memory and micro-controllers and continually developing innovative technologies catering in the field of Electronic and Energy.

Needs to improve: none

We have ordered toshiba chromebooks for our classrooms. They work well and do everything that we have been trained in. The chrome books help students become one with others, it creates a great sense of community and an online presence for the classroom. Making learning more global for our students. The software however is a little buggy at times and that's not toshiba's fault. Software bugs are commonplace in all electronics. Overall good computers.

Needs to improve: software issues not due to toshiba's end

Good for office use and for printing use. I use their computer for taking account of the parts that we use in a daily basis. Very reliable and user friendly. I use their printers for printing our medical device documents. It responds faster and the quality of the ink is outstanding.

Strengths: Good computers and printers, affordable, good customer service.

Needs to improve: Not built to last.

I like Toshiba as a large technology company they bring you the latest technology at competitive prices. I have not had any issues with my Toshiba products and will continue to use them.

We have a few of the Toshiba Copiers in our facility. They do a good job and dont break down to easy

Strengths: Toshiba has more than just TV's they have a vast amount of Office equipment.

We use some of toshiba equipment like tv calculator and more stuff and they all working properly and strong highly recommend them for a long time use

Good for accounting parts and keeping track of the inventory count in a spread sheet.

Strengths: Good for office use. High Technology and reliable. Good quality product.

Needs to improve: For laptops, battery power don't last that long.

Toshiba has great computes are good and for a great price

Had my laptop for four years model Satellite and is great.

Strengths: This company makes great laptops.

Needs to improve: Battery life on laptops are not good.

Good computers and printers for the office and home office.
