Exceptional service and attention to detail

Strengths: We needed to replace the commercial HVAC units on top of our 9 story building. We contracted with Pacific Coast Trane service to do the job. They did a fantastic job and coordinated and managed the entire job. Matt King, the lead supervisor managed the entire job and the work was performed ontime and under budget. He managed a heavy lift crane service, street blockage and contractor back grounds. This all took place at the County Jail. So Security was a major issue. The Trane units provided give a greater heating and cooling capacity for less cost then the units they replaced.

Needs to improve: As a premier supplier of HVAC units, the actual chillers used are very costly

Great customer service Great turnaround time 2 days per site to install new everything. they worked a good deal on the price for buying and installing 3 units at once. and gave me a great warranty.

Strengths: We just had 3 complete new HVAC systems installed at 3 different facilities. All of wich work great no problems and cool better than the previous units that where there.

Needs to improve: Was a bit expencive!

Great source of heating and cooling needs. We use their product through out our company for heating and cooling. Whether the weather is warm or freezing, it neutralizes the temperature of our work station.

Strengths: works well, does not fail, reliable service.

Needs to improve: I can't think of any weaknesses as far as for my experience.

We use Trane air conditioners at our facility they keep us cool all day. They are very reliable and works great through the elements!

Strengths: Trane air conditioners are one of a kind. They put out great air and heat. We really like them very strong and last for awhile.

When I use to work at the hospital. Trane was our main source of heating& cooling needs. Awesome company!
