Used Tri-Fab to develop a several products for manufacturing, by using their expertise for sheetmetal fabrication to produce highly precision parts. Sometimes their lead-times can slip, but they have a great track record with producing high quality products, which out ways the delivery. Furthermore, we rely on their Quality Department for our FAI, cert's, and COCs and they are top notch. Thus we do not have to out source for inspection needs due to our small size. They are a great vendor to work with, always willing to go the extra distance and very responsive when there are issues with any part(s) being fabricated/delivered.

Needs to improve: they sometimes are late with delivery, at times it can be difficult to get a handle on the schedule

We have used Tri Fab Associates for their sheet metal services. We had an international client that wanted to cut sheet metal to a 1/4 inch length size in a manner that was not possible with our existing machinery in our assembly line warehouse. Tri Fab had the right tools and staff and we were able to contract this job out to them. They delivered an exceptional finished product, and were also on time and on budget! We will use them again.
