One of the great things about working with a smaller company is the attention to customer service. Our representative is wonderful and bends over backwards for getting quick quotes and get us in contact with the right people.

Strengths: Some of our home offices and smaller branch offices are in older building with poor wiring. We contract with Tut systems to come up with custom solutions to extend our network into these older buildings to provide internet and network connectivity. Their ethernet over power products and infrastructure provides reliable quality service.

Needs to improve: Their solution has not changed much in the past 5 years since we started working with them. The product catalog could use a refresh.
