We used Comcast VoIP and internet for one of our branch offices. What drew us in was the prices. But the there were too many unexplained outages or limited services, below their gaurenteed service level agreement.

Strengths: The equipment brand was solid.
The technicians showed up on time and tried hard to please us.
Knowledgable with internal building cabling.

Needs to improve: The quality of internet service was subpar. The latency was so bad the VoIP trunk was useless.

We contracted 20 hours of service from the field product specialists group last year and will most likely do so again this year to work on our Sharepoint document library customization. They gave us an extra 10 hours of service as a show of good faith. Very nice!

Strengths: provides professional services and quality software.
Sharepoint server for document control is the industry standard.
24/7 support.

Needs to improve: Their licensing structure is very complicated. There are CAL, server licenses, OS licenses, and then different structure for different flavor of the same version. The licensing model could be better architected.

Quality custom software was delivered. We didn;t have to redo much of the work at all.

Strengths: strong project management skill. high end communication skills by every consultant we worked with. very technical and well verse on the business and technical side of the house.

Needs to improve: Their fees are extremely high. We went over our contracted rates for the project and had to go time and materials. One of the main consultants we worked with had to leave 75% into the project. His replacement was also replaced later on.

Overall general experience has been pleasant. Great service by their partner.

Strengths: We contracted with a fujitsu partner for all our office scanners. The lease terms were very flexible and competitive. The product was solid and so was the service.

Needs to improve: The lease renewal process is somewhat cumbersome. There was an issue with the underwriter, who was hard to get a hold of.

Customer service was surprisingly good. We had a small batch of bad microsd cards for that we use with our corporate smartphones. They expedited the replacements.

Strengths: Expanded product catalog.
Security focused products.
Excellent RMA process.

Needs to improve: Althought they have an excellent warranty/RMA process, the fact that we had to RMA 5% of our batch order is telling of their manufacturing and QA process.

I was not overcharged for the move and none of our office equipments was damaged or scratched.

Strengths: We move from job sites to job sites and so do the temporary office equipment. I can write on here honestly just how great, professional and REPUTABLE this company is. They were professional, efficient, attentive to my needs and overall HONEST.I remember Anthony (Tony) even wiping clean our hutch before placing the padding on top of it. I was actually embarrassed that I had not noticed the dust and he was kind enough to wipe it clean.

Needs to improve: None. They came well equipped in terms of man power and tools.

I'll definitely use them again with our rental properties. Their service is exceptional and do a great job at cleaning. They deliver as promised.

Strengths: I've used this vendor for janitorial services with our rental units. The maids are always professional and legal, which is important to us. Their schedule is flexible and the contracts are reasonable.

Needs to improve: Their feedback system could be more modern and up to date. They still are paper based.

Placed a delivery order at 7:55am and got what I requested for pick up by 10am. Not only did I receive what I asked for a full 4 hour earlier than anticipated, but the price was very reasonable.

Strengths: These guys are so awesome. You just can't beat their communication system. I was constantly receiving confirmation emails - when the order was placed, when the courier person got to the location, and when they left the location to deliver it straight to me.

Needs to improve: None. We are pleased with their courier service so far.

We are very pleased to go with Quickstart for training. We ave never had any issues with them or their facilities.

Strengths: When our preferred training vendor is book solid, we use Quickstart to provide training for our accounting system. The CBT software they use is very reliable and easy to navigate. The coordinator is very easy to work with to schedule and set up a sessions.

Needs to improve: They do not have as many locations as some of their competitions.

I'm glad I chose this vendor for training my staff. They did a good job training the VMWare specialist and some of the Microsoft certificate courses so far. I'm very pleased with the results.

Strengths: We send all our system administrators here for training for these strengths:
* ease of use of training software
* flexible training schedule
* remote training/virtual rooms
* wide breadth in their catalog

Needs to improve: Some of their facilities use slow and outdated terminal.

There were some confusion between RSA and our system admins about who were responsible for fixing the mobile app issue we had with our smartphones. They could have taken ownership of the problem earlier on and head on.

Strengths: All our executives require a way to remote into our networks. After exploring several vendors for two factor authentication implementation, I chose RSA. Some strength so far since we implemented the infrastructure:
* excellent training department for our system admins
* quality security keyfobs and pin card

Needs to improve: None so far. The vendor catered to our every needs and our project came out successful.

The met all our requirements and produce a quality and stable system. They even added a few changes to the design without additional charge.

Strengths: We signed up with Oracle to create a custom SAP system to tie into our account management. Project manager assigned were very informative and helped get the project complete on time. The results were well received by our staff and the new system was easy to use.

Needs to improve: The renewal service contract is fairly high.

This is a smaller company but delivers as advertised. We had an issue with one of our orders getting to our office on time. They went out of their way to find a local partner to substitute the parts same day.

Strengths: I've contracted with this vendor for our Texas branch office. The products are simple and extremely easy to use. The account manger that I've worked with was really easy to work with and provided the information I need. The phone and pbx system we have purchased are quality built.

Needs to improve: I was told I have to work with a different account manager for our new jersey office. Customer relationship could be improved if they allow account manger to traverse geographic boundaries.

We are very please with their service. With hundreds of licenses, I couldn't track them all with out this vendor's help.

Strengths: This is our one stop shop vendor for any thing license related for our offices.
* Breadth of products that they support
* knowledgable account manager that helps navigate license renewals
* great asset management help

Needs to improve: We've gone through a few account mangers now in the past year. Not sure if they have high turnovers, or just a lot of reorgs.

Their R&D investments shines through with the products they release. They also impress me with the breadth of product lines.

Strengths: We use this vendor for our security and storage backup needs. Symantec's presales support is excellent in connecting you with the right presales engineer. They are very knowledgable and easy to work with in terms of determining what you really need.

Needs to improve: None. We are very please with the vendor reps that we have worked with, from presales, to engineer, to product manager.

They do as advertised and they do it great. We will continue to renew their services.

Strengths: I've been using this vendor for the past 7 years as our service provider to filter spam messages. Some of their strength:
* consistent product upgrades
* great customer service when i had to call in
* have not had a downtime
* great documentations

Needs to improve: Their partners list could be updated. Some of the partners listed on their websites are no longer in business.

This vendor suits our needs in terms of price. As a backup internet connection, we were satisfactorily please, but when we had to switch to it, the speed was less than desireable.

Strengths: XO communication is the vendor we chose for our redundant T1 internet service provider for several of our offices. The technical part of the installation went very well in all 3 offices. The technician was pretty knowledgeable with our inhouse cisco gateways.

Needs to improve: They do not own the fiber, but instead is a leasee and reseller. One of our offices took 3 months for the coordination with the owning ISP to be sorted out and for the installation to start. They could work better with their partners.

They are head and shoulders above their competitors in terms of pricing. The quality can't be beat for the price but is only average.

Strengths: They have vast selection of cables and the pricing can't be beat. This is the vendor of choice for my IT department needs, as well as the marketing department for their audio visual supplies. The pricing cannot be beat for the quality cables. Think generic versus brand name. Same products without the branding.

Needs to improve: The website could use a facelift. It is often difficult to find the product you need. Shipping prices could also be improved, but they do allow local pickups.

Very knowledagble technician and always shows up professionally.

Strengths: We contracted with this vendor for their service contract. Most people are already aware of their pritners and copiers but unaware of their service arm. I signed up with them to provide service to the 20 plus pritners we have spread out over northern and southern california offices.

Needs to improve: The SLA for same day service is sometimes not fast enough when we have impending deadline. This is something I'm looking to renegotiate in our renewal talks.

Their service is always reliable and meets my departments shipping needs. The staff is always top notch.

Strengths: Our architectural department and my IT staff work directly with this vendor for custom shipping. I worked directly with this franchisee to negotiate competitive rates for odd shaped shipping. He was willing to work an annual contract with us. They are flexible and very easy to work with.

Needs to improve: I had to negotiate our contracted rates with each different kinko's franchisee. If the various offfice's are more in synch, the process could be a littler bit simpler.
