Our R&D Engineering & Manufacturing has been dealing with Valmark Industries Inc. for years for our injection molding & silk screening needs. They have been able to address all of our concerns with respect to: design, materials, process, quality, quoting, delivery times. When you are fighting time constraints it is nice to know there are vendors that are concerned with the bottom line - cost, quality, delivery. Furthermore, Valmark Industries has experts that can address the simple design to complex; they can suggest ways to lower the price - single cavity tools. Customer service is great and a large reason why we chose them as they kept us informed throughout the entire process, all while offering additional solutions.

Needs to improve: a bit slow on the delivery dates

We used Valmark for an electrical overlay membrane switch design in which they did an excellent job fabricating for us. They sent us a drawing schematic prior to any work being done for approval sign off. They were thorough with their process and patient with us on the changes we needed to make. I would definitely use them again for future projects.

We contracted Valmark for our custom PCB solution for a client study. They were extremely professional as their management team had a plethora of industry experience. They offered insight and criticized our initial design templates, only to enact more cost savings on our end. Customer service was very responsive and answered all of our timeline related issues. Accurate quotes, operated within budget, realistic turnaround, all for a top notch product. Can't complain at all.

we use their display screens on our dialysis machine and they are extremely durable and have a very clear picture. although they scratch very easily just like all other screens, they are extremely reliable. we've had nothing but good compliments from the field on the touch screens.

Valmark supplies my company with touch screens, keyboards, and keypads. They are a mid-level supplier. We been dealing with this vendor for over 5 years for the most they been great with little errors here and there. Good communication and product. Invoices needs improvement.

Strengths: Quality interface products.

Needs to improve: Certificate of compliance has discrepancies. Date code can be incorrect.

Used them as a source for roll-cut foam to back and membrane switch and overlay assembly on doctor's office equipment. Good quality with very little observed problems.

Strengths: Good supplier of custom labeling and membrane switches/keyboard overlays for the capital equipment market.

Needs to improve: Cost on some membrane switch assemblies can be prohibitive

Currently our R&D lab engineers are purchasing custom designed displays for our coil release system and better automate the entire coiling process. The co team work is key to this product development efforts. It's a promising solution for future products.

We use Valmark to make some of our equipment user interface overlays. They are very collaborative and are very attentive to our needs. They've taken our requirements and incorporated them into easy to use overlays.
