Strengths: Warn Industries provided our company with a complete line of vehicle recovery winches to our off road fleet. It was a comprehensive deal, which allowed everything from our high capacity dump trucks, to utility vehicles to ATV/Quads to be equipped with winches. Customer support generated a bid via a GSA purchasing contract which was more competitive then individual purchasing. The entire bid and order was filled in a matter of weeks and delivered in perfect condition. The winches included mounting hardware, instructions and all the necessary components. Local dealer support ensured we got the winches mounted and working in short order. Great contract
