I didn't have an experience that is worth recommendable. The sales representative was not on top of our requirement, processed the PO late, is unable to track shipment, and delivered the wrong parts to us.

Strengths: Valin is a distributor of reputable brands such as Bosch Rexroth for aluminum extrusion parts. It has a wide variety of offerings on precise measurement and production and process heating.

Needs to improve: This may not be true to all sales representatives, but I didn't receive a good experience with the rep that I worked with. There were several delays before my PO was processed. They weren't on top of the shipping status of my order. They delivered late. And the parts delivered were not the one that we need.

We have used Valin as a main supplier for our lab furniture, specifically our work benches. They have high quality work benches that we have been using for years. I've been very pleased with the quality of work that they provide us with. They also make custom work benches depending on your needs. They also have other lab equipment products that are all of high quality. Their customer staff is friendly, very knowledgeable, willing to spend extra time to answer questions. Pricing is fair. We have been very pleased with their service to us and will continue to use them for years to come.

All if our work benches and our assembly line are Valin work benches. Our assembly line was custom built to our specific needs, they are sturdy and well built they definetly will last you a long time. We also use there benches in our rework dept. our techs seem to like them very much. They are great for any size lab or manufacturing company.

Needs to improve: Never had an issue with them. They do custom work if it's something you specifically need that they may not have they will make it for you.

We use Valin to purchase various lab equipment for our assembly line and some testing on our medical and hemo devices. All products they offer are easy to use. The system is very easy to install. Speaking with their customer service representatives are very helpful. They know everything about their product and to my company that is very important. This company is very efficient. My company will never switch to anyone else.

we just recently moved into a new state of the art facility in Concord, CA and we needed a new production line and repair work stations so we called upon VALIN services and they delivered the highest quality and most reliable production line that any of us have ever seen or used this thing is awesome and is very well put together for efficient work. the line was not cheap at all but the quality cant be matched.

In our company, most of the equipment are Valin's products. From lab furniture, lab equipment, production floor and workstation products, they are all long lasting with a very unique designs.. Very conducive to work on with our working stations. They have a very friendly customer service. Whenever we need to know a new product, they are well knowledgeable and very details in explaining even the least details of their products.

Our production floor recently went lean and part of that was implementing automation systems. Valin helped us design and implement vision, part handling and inspection systems on the manufacturing floor.

Strengths: Valin manufactures very innovative systems for manufacturing process automation. They provide high precision actuators, motors, drives and robots. They have a very qualified technical support staff as well as consulting services for systems implementation.

Not only were the personnel friendly and supportive, but the assembly line benches are easily adjustable and work perfectly. All of our assembly lines and work stations are from valin and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Our warehouse uses some of the automation systems as well, and they've noticeably. sped up their process.

valin makes all of our work benches and our assembly lines. my work bench was manufactured by valin as well and it is very high quality and extremely sturdy, I've had multiple medical machines and tools on this bench and it has still stood strong and still.

We used them for lab and mfg floor workstation input and design. We have used some the equipment and suggestions with huge success. We mfg micro coils in scopes for 8+ hours a day. The more comfortable, the better!
