Watlow builds a great heater that is robust, accurate and easy to control. They're offer a huge variety of heaters in different sizes, intensity and configurations but in the event that they don't produce a heater that is suitable for your application, you can call their technical support team and have a custom heater built to order.

On several occasions throughout the years, I've called up Watlow and have given them a brief description of my application, they've always been able to helps me size a heater that would work on my fixtures. Ordering from them is easy and they typically deliver promptly.

Strengths: Watlow deisgns and manufactures electric heaters, temperature controllers and sensors. Their heaters in particular are well designed and last for many years. You can contact their technical support team and they can guide you through the part selection to ensure that your design is using the proper heating element for your machine/tool.

Needs to improve: Their temperature controllers are a little confusing to configure.

While we typically source controllers, they do offer a wide selection at seemingly competitive rates. Customer service is always easy to reach and accountable. Issues are addressed immediately. We several equipment that use Watlow controllers. These units are well built and easy to use. Watlow has provided excellent technical support over the years. Their staff is patient and can walk you through the steps in order to fix your controller or to help you understand how to properly set up your controller properly. Good customer service is the norm with Watlow. Not much to improve on

i’ve used watlow controllers for controlling temperature and relative humidity during validation testing and it was able to last 180 days with no additional maintenance after the initial setup. they also have all their equipment CAD drawings on their website, so it’s easy to incorporate their equipment into your 3d assembly.

Watlow have wide selection of electrical wire, cable and connectors. Before we contract out the service, we placed quite a few order from them and they didn't let us down. If you don't know what you want, customer service is always there to help with a phone call away. They can expedite shipment with decent shipping fee.

WATLOW is an excellent source for temperature controller equipments. We use them on our dialysis machines at work on a regular basis. Very reliable equipments. The quality is awesome. Hardly have any problems with it. Easy to use during our testing process. We achieve great results when we use their temp controller. Fair and reasonable prices. Fast delivery.

We've purchased both large industrial sized heaters and small compact heaters, and their associated electrical components from Watlow. A must need tool for those that have temperature sensitive materials and products. The heaters are also very user friendly and easy to adjust temperature. We are very happy with our purchase!

EZ-ZONE RM High Density Limit device from Watlow is in our lab and helps maintain corrct heating levels for curings and metal and or coil softness

Should consider this company also when getting quotations for thermocouples.

Strengths: Omega did not have the thermocouples I was looking for. Watlow had them. The turnaround is pretty fast. Great customer service.
