Watson Pharmaceuticals

my pharmacy does not have an account with watson directly but we have a lot of watson products as they are a huge generic drug manufacturer. one of my clients had issues with the lidocaine patches manufactured by Watson. when it is a mfg issue/defect, pharmacies contact the company directly for reimbursement methods. When we called watson, they told us they had no way of reimbursing pts directly and it took us over a month to get the issue resolved and rectify the problem for the pt. this issue should have been handled more smoothly and promptly by Watson as many other companies we've worked with are great in this aspect

Needs to improve: not prompt in getting back to their clients

watson is not the manufacturer of lidoderms generic patches lidocaine. we have had numerous issues with their products from default adhesives and lidocaine gel leaking out of the patches. our patients have filed numerous complaints with us regarding this manner. although Watson was able to resolve and replace the default patches, they do need to reevaluate the production of these pharmaceuticals and product better quality products
