Very bad experience working with this organization. Takes very long time to get response. Not highly motivated to get anything done.

Strengths: Have diverse talent.

Needs to improve: 1. Not enough experienced workforce. 2. First paycheck took enormously very long time. 3. The paychecks are normally not accurate, have to verify all the numbers.

Overall I would consider using this agency to get access to more candidates. I wouldn't rely on them solely. You can use them in conjunction with other hiring channels. You may find some talented candidates but requires time on your end.

Strengths: They have some great candidates, but also many not so good ones. The quality is a hit or miss.

Needs to improve: Their talent pool is inconsistent so you have to do a lot of vetting to find the right candidate.

We reached out to West Valley as we were needing to fill a few temporary staff positions. When we made contact, they were extremely helpful and did their best to point us in the right direction. We followed up and unfortunately didn't have the same experience but it may have been due to the holiday season. There a number of competitors that I would reach out to on top of West Valley, but we would do that regardless.

Strengths: I have had used West-Valley in addition to other staffing agencies. West-Valley really worked well for only specific talent.

Needs to improve: Customer service was not that great. The contracts were not clear; the payments to their employees were delayed.
