Our R&D department use Western Rubber & Supply water jet cutting capabilities as a source for our gasket prototypes, due to no tooling cost. We use them for our gaskets on our small medical components due to short lead-times, no tooling cost, quick turn, etc... Their sales and customer service is excellent and very knowledgeable when it comes to schooling us on the capabilities of water jet cutting. They also have the capabilities to mold rubber & plastic...

I used a couple different silicone sheets from them. I was looking for a thin wall silicone sheet that could withstand high heat without degradation and deformation. Their Grade 2300 silicone work great.
