Used Wilson in Palo Alto for a company legal services, including IP preparation and filings worldwide. Serve as corporate secretary for our BOD as well.

Strengths: Excellent IP presence in medical devices. Fully versed in all aspects of company operation and contracts.

Needs to improve: As with many law firms, it can be quite costly - but they are often willing to negotiate pricing

We have used Wilson for many companies. They have supported various aspects of each of the companies I have been with, they are always helpful and with IP can be very beneficial and supportive.

Strengths: Strong IP group, great corporate lawyers, definitely a strong group to support well funded start ups.

Needs to improve: Price

WSGR is one of the Valley's top corporate law firms. Great Connections and strong lawyers. But they are pricey. I guess it's you get what you pay for.
