When we were shopping around looking for someone to fit our cable needs, one name kept on coming up. WM BERG, everyone we checked with or asked about, they all told us about WM BERG. So we contacted them, we were worried because of our unique needs and the products we were trying to get. Those worries quickly diminished after chatting with their sales reps and getting our delivery quickly. We were immediately impressed by how they represented themselves, their professionalism and knowledge. They service and shipping was awesome. Berg precision has been a vendor of ours for awhile now for supplying components for our belt driven machinery in our in-hourse manufacturing line. They provide excellent quality parts that last for awhile. They also provide in-house expertise on equipment trouble shooting and set up. I've dealt with their staff on multiple occasions and they are very friendly and knowledgable. They can even provide suggestions for you on how to improve our process. I'm very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone that uses automated services for manufacturing.

Our firm reached out to WM Berg because we needed cables and other components for our assembly process. Their wide selection coupled with their quick turnaround with respect to our inquiries immediately impressed us. WM Berg Precision Components has supplied electrical cable assemblies for our products, customized to our requirements. They have been reliable with their shipments, reliable with their quality, and were on top of notifying us when standards changed. They worked closely with us when developing the cables, until our requirements were met, and were real technical experts for cable assemblies. Their prices are competitive, although high.

We currently order our braided cable assembly's from them as well as custom harnesses for our dialysis machines. Never an issue with their service or parts we are always satisfied with them. They are very good at understanding what exactly you need and getting you on the right track. Pricing is fair nothing to crazy.

Berg is a great place when you need drive components. Especially when building new equipment. Their variety of components means I usually only need to look to Berg for all my needs. They also provide .stl files so you can drop their components right into Solidworks.

While building automated manufacturing equipment, Berg's belts and chains and leadscrews are critical for precise equipment. The variety of products is very helpful for difficult shaft and bearing alignment as well.

We have purchased the chains and belts for lab and manufacturing equipment replacements. These are reliable and quality belts and lasts a long time inbetween replacements. The selection is nice as well.
