I've been using Amphenol connectors as a main source for electrical connectors and pins going on 25 years at this point. They build reliable products that many consider to be the industry standard. Their connectors are well built with solid materials that can and will provide you with years of service. Besides connectors and pins they also manufacture crimp tools that can be used to crimp pins. In cases where I have a custom application, I usually look elsewhere since Amphenol isn't necessarily knows for custom products or service.

Strengths: Amphenol manufactures many industry standard electrical connectors, pins and accessories. They're manufacture both crimped pin connectors s well as solder to connectors. Chances are if you have an application either building a new custom machine or looking to repair a broken connector, Amphenol will have something in stock that will cover your application.

Needs to improve: If Amphenol has a weakness is that they're not true innovators in their field. In other words, they manufacture products that have been around for many years and you can trust that those products will be reliable. Don't look to Amphenol to create something new or create a new way of mating electrical components. If you're looking for innovative new ways of mating electrical components, Amphenol is not your company.

Amphenol corporation is a company that specializes in electrical equipment, wires, and components. They have a wide selection of parts to select from. We have been using them to supply parts for a stent detachment box that we are developing. They have been a huge help and aren't just electrical suppliers. They do have electrical experts there that often times can give us suggestions on issues that we are having on our end. I have been pleased with the customer service I received from them and their staff. They are always very nice and easy to deal with over the phone. They have a great pricing scheme for larger orders. they have become on the main suppliers that we use on our assembly line for electrical parts for multiple medical devices.

We have been using amphenol products for years now. They provide us with electrical parts and components that we have been using in our assembly line that we use to manufacture medical device. They have a wide selection of products to choose from. They are able to make a custom product for you for specific needs as well. Their pricing is very fair but can get pricey if you begin to have custom products made for you. Their customer staff is very knowledgeable, hardworking, easy to get a hold of, and easy to work with. It is always a pleasure speaking and working with them. I have no issues with them. We will continue to use them as a vendor for years and I have no issues recommending them to others.

We have used Amphenol Interconnect Products on our power entry. They offer a wide range of solutions for power distributions: bus-bar, connectors, wire harness, etc... We used them for there bus bar capabilities, due to their expertise in the area and they could provide us with the best solution on our design taking into consideration functionality, manufacturability, cost and delivery. Their Sales staff along with the internal engineering staff was able to take our wire harness and convert to a bus bar design, which reduced the overall cost and manufacturing time. A great money saver for our company and we will continue to use as new design and requirements pop up - great job!
