Our company has been working with Steven Engineering for over 5 years and we like the customize of the automation components and the reasonable prices.

Strengths: Steven Engineering has a good selection of electronics and industrial automation components and electric parts. The strength of Steven Engineering is the wide selections of products and fast services.

Needs to improve: The sales department of Steven Engineering is not as responsive as our company would like. However, the service was great after the connections are made.

Our company was looking for a place that does frame welding and turning and we found Altamont Manufacturing. They have certified welders to work with us and provides deep industry knowledge. They even deliver the product before the agreed dates, our customer was glad for the final result of the products.

Strengths: Altamont provides excellent services and great industry knowledge.

Needs to improve: Sales team were not easy to reach at first. We tried to contact them a few time initially before gotton back to us.

Our company has been working with Ace Fire Equipment for over 2 years. Friendly customer service and the sales team are not pushy. Fire equipments are required by the city regulations and we are glad to work with Ace Fire Equipment.

Strengths: Our company uses Ace Fire Equipment for extingulisher and monthly inspection service. The account managers provide excellent service and quick responses. They would automatically contact us to make appointments for the monthly inspections and arrive on time for the services.

Needs to improve: The weaknesses is that there are only one location in the bay area and it is not close to our business. However, we do all the business over the phone so it is not an issue.

Our company has great experience with Bay Seal Co. Their account managers help us with material selection, seal and profile design, problem solving, sampling and prototyping, as well as failure analysis and recommendations.

Strengths: Our company has be doing business with Bay Seal Company for over 4 years. They have experienced and knowledgeable account managers and customer service representatives to help us with our sealing needs.

Needs to improve: Because of the size of the company, Bay Seal Co might not be able to provide their customers with the lowest price, however, our company believes it is worth a cost to do business with them since they provide excellent services.

Our company has a great relationship with Silicon Valley Bank through out the years. We have a business line of credit with them and the process for applying was easy and fast.

Strengths: Friendly service and speedy responses from the service team. Our company has great relationship with the associates from Silicon Valley Bank.

Needs to improve: The size of the bank and there are not too many branch locations.

Our company has great experience with with CI Medical. The sales team works hard to deliver their products in high quality.

Strengths: CI Medical provides excellent pad printing service. Our company has been working with them to complete several large sides of projects through out the years. CI Medical provides exceptional customer services and quality products.
