I can't tell you how terrible TriNet is. This is the second PEO we have used. They lasted only the one year, but we were ready to get rid of them after only 4 months. We had issue after issue with how they screwed up our payroll. Over and over again they were hard to get a hold of, did not remember any past correspondence, and did not seem to know what was going on. They treated us like less than worth their time. They took their time to get back to us when we needed their immediate attention on payroll which everyone should know has a strict deadline. On one payroll, they dated the direct deposit of one employee out 2 weeks after the proper date. When contacted, they stated that we need to write a check ourselves to pay our employee and they would reimburse us at our next payroll. We paid our employee so he would be covered, but how long did it take for them to reimburse us? It was months later. We had to ask them about it again and explain the situation all over again. Then they did not reimburse us but charged us for it again! Finally after having to explain to too many incompetent people, they finally realized how they had screwed up and fixed it. This was just one of multiple issues we had with them. They always made problems worse by forgetting about them or fixing them incorrectly. They really should not be in business if they can't do their job. I've never felt so abused by a company. They cost us so much money from all of the time we had to put into fixing their mistakes. They were supposed to make it easier on us and take some of our payroll work away. Instead we had to spend way too much of our own time. I truly hope people come to realize how poorly they do their job.

I have never ever given such a bad review online. I would like to leave zero stars if that's possible!
If you ever need to email them for sending forms, it takes about 2 weeks for them to reply your email. This is too long. But not just that, their stupid system can eat your email, in other words, they probably won't be able to receive your emails, even you send to the correct recipient. They won't apologize or try their best to make it up for you.
Whatever the problem caused by their system is all on you. This just ruined my Friday. Well done Trinet. I'm going to share my bad bad bad experience on every platform online.

Strengths: Non.

Needs to improve: Everything! Bad customer service. Takes too long to talk to a representative over the phone. Takes too long to reply emails. Their system can eat your email, and they make it clear it's not their faults. When they do, they send you unclear long instruction emails.
