Never had any issues with our drills since we bought them... Great investment

Strengths: Very durable with rechargeable batteries along with extra drill bits. Torque is not overwhelming but just right to get the job done, glad my company decided to invest in the hand drill it's been smooth sailing from day one of arrival. Recommend Makita for all power tools

Needs to improve: Power in the hand tools can be just a little stronger for stripped screws
