Any questions with computer and IT were quickly and helpfully addressed by the Geek Squad staff. For small business owner, it's great to be able to speak to an IT person and ask questions on different issues you've been having. The customer service quality of the staff on the floor was poor at best. Not very informed about the details of the financing or service guaranteed programs.

Strengths: Great storefront to go to; great promotions running throughout the year. Geek squad is pretty helpful when having IT issues as a small business owner.

Needs to improve: Customer service is a bit on the unprofessional side. There are a lot of young staff who didn't know how to address some of the concerns. So questions would get escalated to next more knowledgable person very quickly.

Regus service is great. Exceptional service, friendly staff, clean facilities, and reliable internet and equipments (e.g., printers, etc.)

Strengths: Over 2000 locations, Great amenities, Quite space to do work, Abundant business meeting room availabilities, Great location

Needs to improve: Limited business hours (8am-5pm) 201 Mission location doesn't have limited sunlight exposure Not many food options in the building so need to walk far for lunch No catering options

Needs to improve: Not as flexible - can't get 1N options

MBO Partners - Great product for any independent consultant though a bit too expensive (no customization available)

Service has been nothing short of great in terms of speed and friendliness. It was very high touch, easy and quick setup. This is partly due to the fact that the products/services are not customizable. Overall, I find the service to be a bit too expensive.

Strengths: * Great product + service
* High-touch service from dedicated account exec
* Fast setup and on-boarding process

Needs to improve: * Very expensive pricing - at 5% of gross receipt * Limited service line - there is only 2 products which cannot be customized or changed to fit your need. So if you don't need all the services, you are still paying for the full service price, making it even more expensive for those not needing the entire service suite

Costco - Limited products but amazing and consistent service!

If you know what type of items Costco carries and what your business needs then the setup and reoccurring service is great. Selection is limited so for rare items, I go to other merchants. But I am very happy with the service overall.

Strengths: * Great price
* Great return policy
* Wide selection of goods that offices need (from office supplies and toiletry to snacks and drinks)
* Great delivery service (can set to one time or monthly fee)

Needs to improve: * Limited selection of office supplies, both on-site and on-line * Long cue if you have to shop in person

Hertz Rent A Car - Cars are fine but the service plans suck

Waited a little too long in line.
They have pricing scheme which, if you don't read carefully enough, will rob you of your paycheck. For example, pre-paying for your entire tank otherwise being charged $9/gallon for not filling the tank up but not getting any money back if you don't use the entire tank. They also require you to pay for your bridge toll by calling ahead or paying via internet before crossing the bridge rather than giving you a Fasttrack.

Strengths: Convenient location.
Good arrangements for corporate accounts.

Needs to improve: While location is convenient, it is in a not-so-clean area. The hours of operation is limited if you need to pickup/dropoff cars late or early. Did not have the Gold Card checkin service to facilitate the lines moving faster, though the service was fast once at at the counter.

W Hotel San Francisco - Can't beat W Hotel (SF) for its location!

It accommodated mixers for tech startups which had about a 1000 guests. The event planning to accommodate such a large crowd that was not sitting (since it was a mixer) is no small feat and was conducted smoothly.

Strengths: Location, location location. It's conveniently located to all public transportation (Bart, Muni, and event somewhat walkable to Caltrain), major convention centers, downtown SF, Union Square, and Embarcadero. It is close to most businesses so networking and meeting with people for business are incredibly easy.

Needs to improve: If you are familiar with other W Hotels, W San Francisco won't be the most chic hotel within the network. However, this seems to be more of a norm in major cities that are limited in space. It has an interesting mix of bar, conference, and hotel set up. In one hand, it is a plus. On the other hand, it can be annoying for non-conference attenders.

Mixpanel - Mixpanel provides the most actionable analytics so far

Product is easy to understand and implement. Quick help with implementation, if we have any issues.

When Mixpanel was just starting off, customer service was exceptional. As it grew in size and the company I work for didn't grow as fast, the contact with account execs were limited, which is understandable.

Strengths: Easy implementation of scripts
Fast real-time analytics -- more than Google, New Reliec, etc.
Covers both website and mobile

Needs to improve: Pricing can get really aggressive very quickly if your website has a lot of activities or actions. No account support if you are a smaller company

I had come in when the store had opened. By which point, there was already 4 people ahead of me. There were 2 Verizon folks helping out customers on a one-on-on basis, 1 greeter, and a few agents going in and out of the back room. Each customer took about 30-45 minutes to be helped. By the time I was able to speak to someone, it was about an hour in. I was helped very kindly by the agent but the entire process was painfully slow. Even if I knew exactly what I wanted, I would have had to waited a long time to purchase the phone since there was no designated cashier.

Really poor operations management.

Strengths: Kind customer service
Convenient location to Bart

Needs to improve: Understaffed Long wait lines Long process to complete transaction My time spent in store was ~ 3hours for a new phone
