The quality of their computers are average but would choose Dell if it was between them and HP.

Strengths: Decent laptop and computers at reasonable prices

Needs to improve: Can get costly once you try to customize the computer

Have used Windows and Microsoft Office for years and must say XP was one of the best from an enterprise standpoint. 7 was pretty good too. Hoping they abandon 8 soon.

It seems that Samsung has significantly improved over the last few years. They have a large range of consumer electronics with varying capabilities and pricing. Quality still seems to be an issue from time to time though.

Needs to improve: Battery life on some smart phones aren't optimized

Depending on who you get, the customer rep can either be really helpful or not. Better to do your own research, browse online to see if the item is available, and then order it online for store pickup.
