Oakdale Precision is a very capable machine shop and have proven themselves very reliable in getting us parts on time and to spec. When they quote you a lead time it's always the worst cast scenario, in my experience they usually ship out earlier than quoted. Very reasonable pricing, not the cheapest or most expensive but very fair for what they do. Somewhat small operation so best suited for prototypes, small batches. Not setup for any production runs. Rick and Jeff (their guys who quote) are great. They will look at your models and drawings, and clarify any uncertainty before starting. This has saved me a few times where I forgot to put a dimension or tolerance that was actually critical.

Highly recommend these guys for where you need parts to be made correctly the first time!

Strengths: Prototyping parts, CNC machined/turned parts, small order quantities, tight tolerance parts

Needs to improve: Not setup for production runs, sometimes long lead times due to smaller operation.
