Our experience was horrible and nearly crippling to our company from Dec 2012 - May 2014. Recently, new management has finally implemented good customer service and production planning and followup. Before that it was terrible. and we left the company as a vendor because of it. We know a couple of other customers (smaller startups) like us that left as well during this same period.
Strengths: Braiding and extrusion
Needs to improve: Customer service; production planning; root cause analysis; customer retention; clean packaging
