As Creganna Tactx has grown prices have gone up and responsiveness has gone down. They used to be an agile responsive smaller contract manufacture, that could product components such as extrusions and braided shafts quickly. As they grown and moved more toward complete manufacturing things just don't move as fast.

Creganna has supplied extruded tubing as well as act as a Contract manufacturer from assembly to packaged product.
The quality of the extruded tubings are fair, and have hardly found issues with their consistency for lot to lot. However, when trying to resolve issues with inconsistencies with the dimensions within the lot, technical support is lacking with slow and unhelpful responses. Prices are fair, so they are an acceptable alternative to extruded tubings, but not great.
As a contract manufacturer, their quality controls were lacking, inconsistent supply of product. In my past, I have hit a big issue in regards to labeling with them where one unit was mislabeled. This was a serious issue and from that, do not recommend their contract manufacturing as their quality system should be revamped.

Our experience was horrible and nearly crippling to our company from Dec 2012 - May 2014. Recently, new management has finally implemented good customer service and production planning and followup. Before that it was terrible. and we left the company as a vendor because of it. We know a couple of other customers (smaller startups) like us that left as well during this same period.

We used Creganna for extruded tubing and to assemble to packaged product. The quality of the extruded tubings was decent, it did its job for the most part. It stood up to some mino wear and tear and on par with other tubings we have tried. They are not the best in the business, but average. Price points are fair and competitive with other vendors. As a contract manufacturer, their quality controls are inconsistent, sometimes our product packaging would be perfect to our dimensions and sometimes they miss the mark. Their customer service representatives try to be helpful, however there is only so much they can do and offer.

Creganna has lots of capabilities and some very interesting and very advanced technologies and components. My main issue thus far has been customer service and response. Maybe its just my experience, but i haven't had the greatest of response times or urgency by their sales team. It has just forced me to look at other options, which there are many in the field they are in.

We've been working with Creganna Medical Devices Inc on and off now for some time. For us, we use them due to their proximity to one of our locations as it makes it easy to source products when we are in a rush. Their service has been on and off overall. When they are on they do great work, but there have been a few times we've had to deal with issues in production. They are quick to resolve the problem, but it still takes some time. Overall it is still faster for us, but with those issues would decrease. I would say they are middle of the pack, but still worth looking into.

Strengths: We use this company’s products for assembly process on the medical equipment. The products they provide are some electronic parts that we use on the assembly line. Also we sub contracted a few assemblies build for their company. A few of the assemblies they are use for our calibration and inspection process. The products they offer are good quality. Their technical and customer service are very helpful. The problem is they have is very inconsistence overall support and that's frustrating at times. Their on time deliveries on tme most of the time. Pricing is competitive.

This company is very helpful and knowledgeable of their products.

Our firm decided to go with Creganna Tactx Medical to purchase multiple components for our medical devices. However, after we made the initial order, the fulfillment portion took a very long time. As a smaller firm who really tries to stay nimble and needs things quickly, this really disappointed us. We also ran into some small issues after the fact and had to contact them right away but their slow response time was frustrating. They have decent products but their customer service needs work. Hopefully these things are improved soon and we can use them as a vendor again.

We have ordered plastic tubing for our medical devices in the past. Shipping was good and we got our product on time. It just cost a little more to buy it. But I guess you get what you pay for. The tubing is great holds up well and does the job good.

Strengths: We have used Creganna Tactx Medical in the past. Their prices are a bit on the pricey side and their customer service is lacking in a few ways. They do have a quality product tho! We have never had a problem with the products that we order from them. Everything is top notch!

Needs to improve: They increased the price for the contract manufactured catheter by 40%. This was too much of an increase. They also do not attract the highest quality engineers to this company.

Overall mostly satisfied but the customer service area can be better. Good quality in their workmanship. We have used them in the past and will continue to do so based on what we've experienced thus far.

Strengths: We've worked with this company in the past on several projects. They do quality work but can be slow at times with missed dates on their part. Having said that, they're still a viable vendor with multiple services available, and the parts you get from them will be within specifications.

We also ran into some small issues after the fact and had to contact them right away but their slow response time was frustrating. There pricing is great, and so is the customer service, but the turnaround time needs improvement.

My company decided to contract Creganna Tactx Medical to purchase multiple components for our consumer products. We have found that their products are of average quality. We have had some issues, thankfully though, their customer service department has been quick to fix any problems. I don't know if we will continue to source our products from Creganna as we depend on the highest quality for our products and I'm not sure Creganna can consistently deliver.

We order plastic tubing from Creganna. Although quality is consistent, their customer service is not as responsive as other top quality vendors. Their quality system is also a little lacking and their supply chain does not seem reliable. Once they gave us very little warning to qualifying a new material because their supplier notified them the material was discontinued. However, the quality of the extruded tubings are excellent.

Our company purchases plastic tubing for manufacturing of our Catheters and other medical devices. They have good quality products. However since becoming a larger company their response time has slowed way down, and they also have become much more expensive. Their customer service is not very helpful, and somewhat hard to reach. I have mixed feelings about this vendor.

Their catheters are an important piece of our equipment and service to our patients as these catheters are essential to their dialysis treatment.

We have contracted with Creganna medical devices for our assembly line, our business has been looking for a business with great ethics and fair pricing for their quality. Creganna met our requirements and we never once thought about changing our vendor. We have ordered many medical devices from them and input many custom orders. They never turned down anything! Great business!

Strengths: Creganna is a good OEM device manufacturer that has outstanding engineers and expertise in the medical device field. They are able to manufacture your device or component from your explicit specifications or can offer their experience and help you design your device based on your IP or idea.

Needs to improve: Creaganna tends to be prohibitively expensive

After receiving several quotes from various competitors we decided to contract with Creganna Tactx Medical for multiple components. Unfortunately we ran into a few issues and had to contact them right away but their slow response time was frustrating. They have quality products but their customer service needs work. We would gladly contract them again in the future if there was an improvement.

Have had a mixed bag of services from Creganna (Campbell, CA). SOME jobs are done to perfection. What is troublesome is the lack of consistency from lot to lot. Customer service needs improving. Jobs are delivered as promised. Customer service is slow to respond to quality complaints. They do have various capabilities but the inconsistency is a bummer.
