We have used Iron Mountain for some years. We are not a large entity and therefore had only occasional reasons to interact with the service. Most of the time it "worked" but more recently it took us three phone calls and 2 months delay to obtain just a small number of boxes. The "failure" to get our documents resulted in further charges which they stood their ground on. No apology for the serious delay in access to records which did have a significant impact on the office and our customers.
My impression is there maybe a difference between small players compared to larger or corporate accounts - be careful and read the small print. Overall a "patchy" and relatively costly service for what we experienced.
